DBA - MS SQL Server Stack
The Database Administrator will be involved in the management of the SQL Server relational and analytic environments and their effective administration as well as the corporate data warehouse and the processes required to load it (SSIS and T-SQL), maintain it and effectively deliver information from it (SSAS and SSRS). The Production DBA duties of the position will amount to approximately 80% of the time and about 20% of the time will be spent in Development/Code Maintenance work.
The position is contract-to-hire. Annual salary will be between $80-100k. The office is relatively quiet and the workload expectations seem very reasonable. 40 hours per week, some occasional on call after-hours work required by the position when critical tasks fail overnight. The Hiring Manager is a great mentor and is focused on building a team that uses new technologies. Looking for candidates that are interested in diving into new technologies and resourceful in learning.
